This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.
This position can be based in the UK, either remotely or in the office.
Role:
Ideal for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The role involves designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations to ensure Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.
The candidate should be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to the code, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party providers.
The role includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
