This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.
The role can be based in the UK remotely or at the office.
Role:
Designed for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, fit-for-purpose, and seamless integrations aligned with business and technical objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect, likely still close to coding, with a comprehensive understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom. They should have the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party providers.
The role includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
Qualifications and Experience:

This role is well suited for home-based or remote Guidewire technical specialists and can be based anywhere in the UK, including London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, or Scotland.
