A leading company in the UK seeks a Guidewire Architect to join their newly forming Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This remote or office-based role involves leading the design of Guidewire solutions, challenging the status quo and influencing significant business changes. Ideal candidates will have proven experience with Guidewire platforms and a strong background in software development. The position offers opportunities to coach engineers and shape innovative processes within the organization.

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.
This position can be based remotely in the UK or at the office.
Role:
Designed for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Centre. The role involves creating fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations aligned with business and technical objectives.
The candidate should be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to coding, with a comprehensive understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party vendors.
This role will also include coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
