Location: Remote, or office based

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.

This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.

The role can be based in the UK remotely or in an office location.

Role:

Ideal for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Centre. The architect will be responsible for designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations aligned with business and technical objectives.

The candidate should be a hands-on architect, likely still close to coding, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate with Guidewire and third-party vendors.

The role includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building Guidewire solutions, with a background in technical engineering or software development, covering Guidewire Policy Centre, Billing Centre, and Claim Centre.
• Experience in architecting, integrating, and designing complex Guidewire solutions.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Data Models and SaaS opportunities.
