A leading UK organization is seeking a Guidewire Architect to lead the transformation through the Guidewire platform, spearheading design and development efforts. This role requires a hands-on expert who will influence architectural decisions and guide a team of developers while pushing the boundaries of implementation. The flexibility of remote or office-based work ensures the ideal candidate can contribute significantly from anywhere in the UK.

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.
This position can be based in the UK remotely or in the office.
Suitable for someone who can lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The role involves designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations to ensure Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Architect, likely still involved in coding, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party providers.
The role also includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
