Legora, an AI-native legal tech pioneer, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end GTM hiring across EMEA. You will work closely with senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies that align with business priorities.

You will mentor peers, build proactive pipelines, and run structured, data-driven processes to ensure high-quality hires and a superb candidate experience as Legora scales.

Qualifications

• Over five years of experience in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• Experience hiring GTM talent across seniority levels that matter most at this growth stage.
• Genuine commercial acumen with understanding of OTE structures and revenue impact.

Responsabilités

• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and People initiatives.
• Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, partnering with senior leaders to define role scope and hiring strategies.
• Mentor and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, support new joiners, share best practices across teams.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer, as Legora’s ambassador.
