Legora is redefining how legal work gets done in an AI-native workspace. We are seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end engineering hiring for UK&I, working with senior leaders on hiring strategy and team build-out.

You will build proactive pipelines, run data-informed processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer, helping Legora scale globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing engineering talent across seniority levels.
• Ability to discuss what good looks like with an engineering leader.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across UK&I, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to process design, programs, tooling, and People initiatives.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversations to offer.
