Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in paid acquisition, user acquisition, growth marketing, or media buying.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media to $1M+/month.
• Strong data-driven mindset; fluent in KPIs, dashboards, and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale paid campaigns on adult RTB platforms.
• Manage end-to-end acquisition including campaign setup and optimisation.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to improve ad performance.
