Job summary

The Autograph Collection in London is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Groups and MICE, to drive revenue within the Group and MICE segment and to lead the brand sales strategy.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate and third-party group accounts, work with events and operations teams, and collaborate with Marriott above-property sales channels to maximize opportunities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a proactive solicitation strategy to increase revenue within assigned segment.
• Conducts regular account reviews and develops strategies to grow key accounts.
• Keeps and maintains an updated data base and provides weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintains accurate forecasting and sales reporting within Marriott systems.
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop promotional initiatives targeting entertainment clients.
• Works closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client stays and events.
