Job summary

Eden Scott is recruiting for a Senior Group Risk/Employee Benefits administrator to join a well regarded practice with a national presence. The role is based in the central belt and involves supporting EB consultants and acting as the first point of contact for clients.

You will bring a solid corporate EB background, strong IT skills, and attention to detail. Exams like GR1 are not required but are preferred, and you'll work with a tight team to improve efficiency and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Risk/Employee Benefits within IFA, consultancy or in-house
• Strong teamwork, highly organised and IT literate
• GR1 exams not required but preferred

Responsibilities

• Support EB consultants and be the first point of contact for clients
• Assist with Group Risk/EB administration tasks
• Help improve efficiency and service delivery for clients
• Liaise with seniors to develop knowledge and skills
