Job summary

Eden Scott, on behalf of a leading national wealth management and financial planning organisation, is recruiting two to four experienced Business Development professionals for its Employee Benefits division, with two roles based in Central Scotland. Hybrid working will apply and there is leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning corporate client relationships.
• Experience in corporate benefits, pensions, or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to identify and convert opportunities through partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to generate new employee benefits opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with introducers, intermediaries and key centres of influence.
• Identify opportunities across corporate pensions, protection, health and wellbeing solutions.
• Create and nurture strategic partnerships capable of delivering sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with consultants and client service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Represent the business at networking events and industry engagements.
• Contribute to the division's growth initiatives and regional strategy.
• Mentor and support a small team in leadership roles.
