Job summary

Baker Charles is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead its Group Reporting team within a high-calibre finance function. The role focuses on Group consolidation, external financial reporting and quarterly management reporting, while managing a team of qualified accountants.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the post involves interaction with Tax, Treasury, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and external auditors on reporting, technical accounting and corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA or equivalent with strong technical accounting and Group reporting experience.
• Experience in listed or complex group environments is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of qualified accountants.
• Own half-year and year-end Group consolidation processes.
• Prepare Group financial statements and notes for Annual and Half-Year Reports.
• Lead quarterly management reporting with KPI analysis.
• Interface with external auditors and advisors on reporting and technical accounting.
• Prepare technical accounting papers and resolve complex issues.
• Drive improvements in Group reporting processes and controls.
