Job summary
Raceforce Global seeks an experienced Group Quality Control Manager to lead Composite, Mechanical Inspection, NDT and Structural Integrity in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment. You will own Quality Control operations, ensuring capacity, capability and throughput meet manufacturing, assembly and programme delivery requirements.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership of operational teams in high-velocity, quality-critical settings.
- Experience turning quality strategy into actionable plans and targets.
- Strong communication across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Composite Inspection, Mechanical Inspection, NDT & Structural Integrity functions to align with schedules and programme delivery.
- Manage throughput, turnaround times and component release performance, resolving bottlenecks.
- Develop workforce & capacity plans, oversee recruitment, shifts, training and succession.
- Set objectives for departmental managers, monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliant inspection standards and documentation across quality systems and audits.
- Translate QA strategy into operational plans, improving productivity and turnaround.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and Lean, enabling new inspection tech and digital QA systems.
- Build relationships across Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering and wider teams.
- Provide senior stakeholder updates, escalate risks and support critical decisions on delivery.
- Lead and develop departmental managers to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
- Promote engagement, knowledge sharing and wellbeing across Quality Control.
