• Senior product leadership in ecommerce or digital business.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy and measurable outcomes for onboarding, checkout and My Account.
• Lead, coach and develop Product Leaders.
• Turn customer research, behavioural insight and commercial data into clear product priorities.
• Build experimentation, optimisation and learning into how teams make decisions.
• Explore practical uses of AI that reduce customer effort and improve digital experiences.
• Bring Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Commercial and Trading teams together around shared outcomes.
