Incommunities is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to professionally supervise grounds maintenance and arboriculture services. You will monitor performance, provide staff training, and ensure high-quality service to customers.

Based in Bradford with a social housing mission, the role involves leading a large team, planning resources to schedules, and maintaining records while driving service improvements. A starting salary and benefits accompany a stable permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in horticultural and arboriculture supervision.
• Experience delivering training programmes and toolbox talks.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Valid UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of grounds maintenance and arboriculture works.
• Coordinate daily works and supervise teams of staff and contractors.
• Pre-plan resources against scheduled work with grounds maintenance manager.
• Maintain records and use digital platforms for progress tracking.
