Job summary

Incommunities in Bradford is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise and deliver high-quality grounds maintenance and arboriculture services. You will oversee daily works, drive performance, and provide on-the-job training to staff and contractors.

You will manage resources, maintain records, and ensure safety standards are met across a busy team, while supporting customers and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams of operatives and contractors.
• Health & safety at work knowledge including safe site practices.
• Experience delivering training programmes and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of grounds maintenance and arboriculture services.
• Organise and supervise daily works and maintain records.
• Pre-plan resources against scheduled work with grounds maintenance manager.
• Deliver health and safety training and toolbox talks.
