As a principal ground investigation engineer, you will lead projects from inception to end delivery, mentor the team, manage site investigations, and develop

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in Geology, Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Strong safety record with leadership in hazard and risk management in ground investigations.
• Experience supervising contractors on-site and coordinating with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical ground investigations across the UK with strong project delivery focus.
• Mentor and develop the ground investigation team and coordinate with Arcadis’ global experts.
• Manage client relationships, bid opportunities and project reporting to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant codes of practice.
