Job summary

GE Vernova Grid Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager for Grid Automation to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including Offshore Wind Farm scopes, from handover to final acceptance. You will coach a team of PMs, manage multi-workstream programs, and ensure profitable outcomes through proactive risk and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Significant project management experience in T&D and Grid Automation.
• Experience leading multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel 15-20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Grid Automation projects, incl. OWF scope.
• Own financial performance, forecast, cost recovery and reporting.
• Manage senior-level customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive contract and supplier management, including changes and claims.
• Coach Grid Automation Project Managers and share lessons learned.
• Report KPIs and present status to leadership.
