Job summary

Aon Bermuda seeks a Compliance and Corporate Governance Manager (AVP/VP) to join its Bermuda risk and compliance team. You will lead regulatory compliance, governance and risk initiatives for Bermuda entities and clients, designing and implementing GRC frameworks while supporting the SVP – Head of Compliance.

The role requires a strong AML/ATF background, at least 7 years in Bermuda or similar jurisdictions, and proven ability to manage regulatory filings, risk assessments and governance

Qualifications

• University degree in compliance, risk, accounting, insurance or legal discipline.
• CAMS or equivalent regulatory certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ AML/ATF compliance experience in Bermuda or similar jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments and update risk and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and board/committee materials.
• Lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives for Bermuda entities and clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance GRC offerings.
