Zusammenfassung

This is Beyond, London-based, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead branding for live events, activations, and installations. You will create visuals for event assets and print materials, collaborating with marketing and content teams to engage and convert audiences.

You will oversee midweight designers, ensure brand consistency, and drive projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years in fast-paced design or integrated agency.
• Degree in a design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio across multiple channels: social, OOH and digital.

• Brand Consistency & Development: ensure brand guidelines across all touchpoints and activate concepts for built environments.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: guide senior and junior designers; provide feedback for growth.
• Project Management & Coordination: align designs with event goals and deadlines across projects.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation: apply industry trends and new tech to projects.
• Activation Support: create renders and client pitches with marketing and operations teams.
• Leadership & Development: lead midweight designers and foster growth.
• Team Collaboration & Performance: promote accountability and timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Onsite Supervision & Contribution: supervise onsite teams and ensure quality under pressure.
