Job summary

This is Beyond, a fast-paced B2B events company based in London, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the in-house creative team. You will brand and concept activations, design event assets and print materials, and oversee production from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visuals that engage audiences and drive conversions, manage multiple campaigns, and mentor junior designers while thriving under pressure in a hybrid London setup.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Stand-out portfolio across multiple channels including social, OOH and digital.

Responsibilities

• Brand consistency and development across materials and environments.
• Lead and mentor midweight designers; collaborate with Art Director and senior team.
• Partner with Marketing Project Manager to align designs with event goals and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Create renders and presentations for client pitches and supplier briefs; support activation concepts.
• Onsite supervision during events and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
