About The Team

Join our creatively obsessed, vibrant and friendly studio at Deliveroo, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to play a crucial role alongside the rest of the design team in bringing our brand to life through mouth watering and engaging visuals. We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape our brand’s visual identity across various platforms.

About The Role

As part of our in-house Creative Studio, you’ll lead on responding to briefs, conceptualise ideas, and deliver beautifully executed designs. You will work alongside our other designers, copywriters and artworkers, and contribute to everything from CRM and social media to in-app and printed assets. Your creativity will help elevate and champion our brand’s visual identity and engage our audience.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will get to design eye-catching creative across a lot of exciting different assets like social, emails, in-app assets, flyers, OOH and maybe even some merch.
• You will work closely with the copy, design, and motion team to bring all these assets to life.
• You will also work alongside artworkers, project managers, and collaborating with other departments such as Brand, Product, CRM, Social, etc, as required.
• Respond to design briefs with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other designers to enhance overall project outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• You’ll have a good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and a strong understanding of Figma
• 7+ years of in-house or agency experience
• A vibrant portfolio showcasing creative work across various media.
• Curiosity, with an interest in food and design trends.
• You will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• You will have a genuine passion for design and food, with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling through visuals.
• Develop and present strong creative concepts, ensuring innovative and engaging design solutions that align with brand objectives and resonate with our audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
