Role

Aman is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of creative and design projects across the Aman Group portfolio, including Aman and Janu hotels & resorts and Residences. This role has a particular focus on Aman Group Residences, the epitome of luxury living, managing the Aman Group Residence’s design and creative briefs, from marketing materials and campaigns to in-Residence touchpoints, aimed at the ultra-wealthy. This role will still support the Creative Director on broader creative initiatives across the Aman Group portfolio, including Aman and Janu hotels & resorts, F&B brands, and other design-led projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-end digital and print collateral for luxury residential and F&B brands, ensuring alignment with Aman’s refined visual standards.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints, supporting consistency and clarity in all brand applications.
• Provide creative direction across a range of deliverables including brochures, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
• Art direct photography and video content to reinforce Aman’s luxury positioning and visual storytelling.
• Oversee production processes and collaborate with vendors to ensure premium quality in materials, finishes, and final outputs.
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers and freelancers, providing guidance and support to foster creative excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, development, and operations teams, to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and brand requirements.
• Work closely with external agencies, architects, and suppliers to align creative outputs with broader development strategies.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest design and brand standards.
• Provide clear direction and feedback throughout the design process to ensure consistency and alignment with Aman’s vision.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior design role within luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end editorial design, print production, and environmental design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma (required).
• Deep understanding of print production processes, materials, and environmental applications with experience collaborating with print and fabrication vendors.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for typography, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and AutoCAD (preferred).
