You will work across a wide range of print and digital formats, delivering high-quality creative that connects with audiences and meets commercial goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
• Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
• Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
• Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
• Present work to clients and respond positively to feedback
• Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, inspiring studio culture
• Bring insight into the housing/property sector's audiences and trends

What You'll Bring
