We are seeking a highly talented, creative and dynamic senior graphic designer. Does this sound like you?

You love excelling at visual storytelling, breaking down complex ideas into clear, engaging designs. For you, great design isn’t about adding layers but about uncovering the essence of a message, solving a client’s challenge, and communicating it with precision and prowess.

You’ll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground creating stunning design work for:

  • Brand identities and guidelines
  • Marketing materials including reports, brochures, etc.
  • Point of sale and wayfinding mechanisms
  • Sales documents, concepts and pitches
  • Social content

Your attention to detail comes naturally to you. You sense check everything and if a layout doesn’t have balance or there’s a double space, it doesn’t leave your desk.

The role will involve:

  • Creating stand out work that delivers results for our clients
  • Bring strategy to life through branding, design, campaigns, film, animation and digital. You’ll be working across all mediums to ensure our clients work makes a real impact.
  • Collaborating across the whole team to ensure creative meets the brief, stays on track and on budget.
  • Planning, storyboarding, moodboarding and even paddleboarding if you fancy it.
  • Conceptualising ideas, taking them through to final implementation and execution as required.
  • Assisting with pitches and tenders to help us win work that takes us and our clients to the next level.
  • Responsible for your own clients. You’ll be the driving force behind creativity for key clients and we’ll look to you for new ideas and opportunities to keep them coming back for more.
  • Presenting your ideas clearly and making sure the vision is understood.
  • Brief and support other creatives on projects you’re involved with.
  • Delivering constructive feedback to junior members of the team.
  • Mentor and nurture the creative team members while challenging and introducing innovative methods of creative execution.
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative to improve processes and ensure we’re as productive and happy as we can be.
  • Being a guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency through all outputs across the company.
  • Championing inclusivity and paving the way for future talent.
  • Actively promote our culture, values and behaviours within the creative and wider team.

  • 4+ years of agency (or similar) experience
  • A strong portfolio of diverse creative work
  • An extensive level of experience in designing in digital as well as traditional print formats
  • A strong knowledge and level of expertise for Adobe CC
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise – you’re super organised and never miss a deadline
  • The ability to expertly storytell and bring your ideas to life with our clients in an exciting and engaging way
  • A good understanding of design standards, digital formats and front-end web design is an advantage
  • An ability to be an excellent team player. Having the forethinking of others and the commitment to help your teammates.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong ability to use your initiative to make things happen.
  • Excellent communication skills able to work well with all kinds of people and partners
  • A commitment to ongoing development. You love to learn and improve your skills and help others to do the same.
  • A cool, calm and considered working style. You work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You relish the energy of being busy.
