Job summary

Tallow+Ash, a modern UK brand reimagining laundry, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and communicate our visual identity across campaigns, product launches, packaging, and digital touchpoints. You will work closely with founders and the creative team, taking ownership of projects from concept to final artwork and ensuring a high standard as we grow.

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help us build Tallow+Ash into one of the most exciting modern brands in the UK and change the laundry aisle for good.

You’ll work closely with the founders and wider creative team across Marketing, Product and Brand, helping bring ideas to life across every customer touchpoint. From major campaigns and product launches to packaging, digital content and brand-building projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Tallow+Ash looks, feels and communicates.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role for someone with excellent creative judgment who can develop strong ideas and execute them beautifully. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of projects, working across multiple priorities and maintaining a consistently high creative standard as the business grows.

The role will be based at Tallow+Ash HQ, with remote working also considered for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bringing campaigns and marketing ideas to life

• Create standout visual work for campaigns, product launches, paid advertising, email, social media and the website
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to turn briefs and commercial priorities into compelling creative
• Develop ideas from initial concept through to polished final execution
• Produce work that captures attention, communicates clearly and drives performance without compromising the brand

2. Shaping and protecting the Tallow+Ash brand

• Help evolve the Tallow+Ash visual identity as the business grows
• Maintain a consistent and recognisable brand across every customer touchpoint
• Create and develop brand guidelines, design systems and reusable creative frameworks
• Bring strong creative judgment to the team and help raise the standard of everything we produce

3. Supporting product development and packaging

• Work with the product team on packaging design, new product development and range extensions
• Create product artwork, mock-ups, presentation materials and retail assets
• Make sure every product feels distinctive, desirable and unmistakably Tallow+Ash
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to take designs from concept through to production-ready artwork

4. Leading creative projects from start to finish

• Take ownership of multiple design projects and manage them from brief through to delivery
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to founders and the wider team
• Work collaboratively with videographers, 3D artists, freelancers and other creative partners
• Support and guide other creatives while helping build an ambitious, high-performing creative culture

Tallow+Ash is a modern UK brand reimagining laundry through a blend of luxury, performance and sustainability. Founded in June 2023, we create non-toxic, biodegradable and vegan laundry products that deliver designer-level fragrance without compromising on skin safety or environmental impact.

Developed with UK chemists and master perfumers, our range includes laundry shampoos, conditioners, fabric sprays and stain removers, all free from dyes, phosphates and microplastics. Our mission is to transform laundry from a chore into a ritual by creating products that perform brilliantly, look beautiful and make people genuinely excited to do their washing.
