Neo4j is seeking Solution Engineers to join our regional go-to-market team. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate the value of the graph data platform and manage technical aspects of the sales cycle across multiple opportunities.

You will build reference architectures, conduct technical discovery, provide proof of value, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver customer outcomes. Travel may be required to support deals and meet customers where they are.

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor.
• Lead the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles.
• Manage multiple opportunities in parallel, handling qualification, discovery, and demonstrations.
• Document technical decision criteria and deliver proof of value.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Co-create reference architectures, integrating Neo4j with cloud or on‑premise environments.
• Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations.
• Gather and relay customer needs to Product, Engineering and Marketing.
• Support demand generation through ABM events and conferences.
• Foster teamwork, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to support deals and assist the team.
