The University of Cambridge, within the Engineering Research Support Office, is seeking a Senior Research Grants Coordinator to support pre- and post-award activities across the Department of Engineering. You will manage a portfolio of grants, oversee compliance with funders, and drive improvements to maximise income while delivering high-quality support.

The role includes line management of a Grants Coordinator, collaboration with researchers and funders, and the opportunity to work both on

• Significant grants experience (pre- and post-award)
• Experience with financial reporting and post-award management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
• Line management experience is a bonus

• Support an extensive portfolio of research funding applications
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise funding income
• Champion the post-award agenda and ensure funder compliance
