Job summary

Bromley by Bow Health Partnership is seeking an experienced general practice pharmacist to join our GP team in London. The role focuses on delivering clinical pharmacy services within general practice, improving patient care, and collaborating with GP partners and GL@GP trainers.

The successful candidate will have a Pharmacy degree, GP-based experience, and specialist training in medicines management and education, with ongoing support from a dedicated training network.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm) required.
• Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or NHS Pathway training for PBPs Independent prescriber.
• Mandatory General Pharmaceutical Council registration and UK registrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Structured Medication Reviews and medicines optimization.
• Provide clinical medicines advice within GP practices.
• Lead and train other pharmacy staff and coordinate repeat prescribing systems.
• Support integration with community and hospital pharmacy to improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and governance in general practice.
