Job summary

Bromley By Bow Health Partnership is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to join the General Practice team in Barnet. You will support medicines management, perform accurate prescriptions processing and contribute to patient safety within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires GPhC registration, ACPT and Medicines Optimisation qualifications, with CPD ongoing to develop expertise in primary care. A full-time position with normal working hours is offered.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a pharmacy technician who can work closely with clinical and admin teams to ensure efficient processing of repeat prescriptions and medication monitoring for high risk drugs.
• Monitor and act on drug safety alerts and perform medication reconciliations for discharge and clinical letters.
• Support Practice Based Pharmacists to develop medicines management services and maintain patient safety.
