Job summary

Pracyva ltd is seeking highly skilled Golang Engineers to join a fast-paced engineering team responsible for building and enhancing next-generation banking and payment platforms.

You will design, develop, and operate scalable backend services in a cloud-native environment, implementing distributed, event-driven systems that support secure, real-time transaction processing across a complex banking ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing backend applications using Golang.
• Solid understanding of Goroutines and channels.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable backends.
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Exposure to containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems capable of processing high-throughput financial transactions.
• Optimize performance, latency, availability, and fault tolerance.
• Build event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ and streaming patterns.
• Develop and operate Kubernetes-based services and Docker containers.
• Collaborate with Architects, SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams.
• Ensure observability, security, and resilience across services.
