• Strong commercial experience with Golang.
• Experience building distributed systems and scalable backend services.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerisation.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, Flutter, SwiftUI, or Kotlin.

The Role
