Harvey Nash is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Go to join our engineering team in the Manchester area. The role focuses on building high-performance Go services while guiding architectural decisions and engineering standards.

This is a hybrid position with two days per week onsite in Manchester or Knutsford, and a background in Python, Java or similar is welcome for Go work. You will collaborate with product, architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and resilient

Qualifications

• Commercial software engineering experience using Go.
• Experience building scalable applications and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation and DevOps tooling.
