Radiant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the Greater London area to lead the design and development of core AI infrastructure and services. You will craft backend systems in Go powering orchestration, inference, and APIs, while mentoring engineers across squads and shaping the engineering direction.

You’ll collaborate with infrastructure and ML teams to deliver production‑grade, secure, and scalable software, uphold high code quality, and drive observable, maintainable systems.

Qualificações

• Production systems experience using Go in large-scale services.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying distributed systems and APIs (gRPC/REST).
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals and operator patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend services in Go for AI infrastructure and model lifecycle management.
• Implement secure, reliable APIs (gRPC/REST) and backend systems.
• Design and develop Kubernetes Operators to manage resources.
• Contribute to architectural reviews and system evolution.
• Collaborate with platform and infra teams to deliver secure, scalable services.
