Job summary

Synergy, based at Moreton in the new GMP‑compliant laboratories, requires analytical professionals to support the Bristol Myers Squibb ALT function in the RASO department. The role focuses on analytical testing of drug substances, intermediates and finished medicines using HPLC, Karl Fischer titration and dissolution testing in a GMP setting.

You will work with customer lab leads and scientific teams to ensure compliance, data quality and timely delivery, with emphasis on cGMP, ALCOA+, safety

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as chemistry or analytical chemistry.
• Expertise in HPLC, Karl Fischer titration and dissolution testing within GMP environments.
• 3+ years' experience in a GMP laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and troubleshoot analytical activities per customer procedures.
• Check and approve experimental data and results.
• Ensure records comply with cGMP and ALCOA+ principles.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using problem‑solving methodologies.
