Job summary

The Talent of Tomorrow is partnering with a growing beauty brand to recruit a Senior Trade Marketing Manager - Global. This role leads global-to-regional trade marketing initiatives across wholesale, retail and omnichannel environments, translating brand strategy into regional programs in the UK and Europe.

You will manage budgets, build toolkits, work with distributors and retail partners, analyse campaigns, and drive in-store visibility with a focus on ROI and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Trade Marketing within beauty or FMCG.
• Experience with global markets and distributors.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver global trade marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support sell-in and sell-through.
• Coordinate with distributors and retail partners across EMEA for brand execution.
• Create trade marketing toolkits: sell-in decks, POS, VM guidelines, activation playbooks.
• Analyse performance data to optimise future activity and ROI.
