Applaud Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Technology Recruitment Delivery Consultant to headhunt senior technology and transformation talent for global assignments. The role combines delivery excellence with business development in a lean team and offers a base salary up to £50,000 plus uncapped commission.

You will operate in a global scope, sourcing longlists and shortlists, and work with BDMs to secure senior appointments.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience of Recruitment Delivery in technology-focused environments.
• Experience in Technology Recruitment Agency, retained search, management consultancy or global technology company (Talent Acquisition).
