EY is seeking a Manager in Global Compliance and Reporting based in Newcastle upon Tyne to lead multi-country compliance and reporting engagements and shape operating models using technology and data.

You will collaborate across EY's international network, manage cross-border teams, and contribute to transformation and automation initiatives while enjoying a hybrid working model in a Newcastle Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax or Accounting.
• Experience working across multi-country or cross-border engagements.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including offshore delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder, project and team leadership skills.
• Interest in transformation, automation, tax technology or data analytics.
• ACA, CTA, CA or equivalent qualifications helpful but not essential.
• Collaborative and globally minded professional.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
