Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multinational tax compliance and reporting within Global Tax Managed Services. You will manage complex engagements, build senior-level client relationships, and shape delivery across international teams.

This senior role provides exposure to cross-border projects, pricing strategy, and transformation initiatives, with a focus on quality, risk management and delivering commercial value for clients and EY.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex multinational tax engagements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing international projects and teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, reporting and operating model transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multinational tax compliance and reporting engagements, with responsibility for client relationships, service delivery, team leadership and commercial outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across global organizations, acting as a senior point of contact for key engagement matters.
• Shape client strategy, manage delivery priorities, and resolve complex engagement issues.
• Provide strategic oversight of large global delivery teams, including junior colleagues and offshore team members.
• Lead governance, risk management and scope/fee negotiations across jurisdictions.
