Qualifications

• Proven experience within international shipping or freight operations.
• Experience managing shipments from order placement through to final destination.
• Experience liaising with key customers and senior decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and administrative processes.
• Experience managing samples and/or sample shipments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day international shipping operation alongside UK distribution.
• Manage end-to-end shipping process from orders to final delivery.
• Coordinate international shipments ensuring customer-specific procedures are followed.
• Manage samples and shipments, ensuring documentation and delivery meet requirements.
• Liaise with key accounts, suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer procedures throughout the shipping process.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate shipment records.
