• Maintain availability and utilization data in staffing systems.
• Prepare staffing discussions with PMDs and Practice leaders.
• Test and adopt new staffing tools and processes.
• Identify process improvements and standardise ways of working across teams.
• Escalate short-term resourcing pressures with context and data.
