Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is partnering with a leading international investment management business to appoint a Fund Controller to support a global Real estate firm. The role covers financial reporting, fund operations, treasury, investor support, tax compliance and strategic projects.

The successful candidate will oversee complex reporting across jurisdictions, coordinate with external administrators, and drive process improvements through technology and automation to deliver robust financial

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Approximately five or more years' post-qualified experience.
• Experience in Real estate, alternative investments, or fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of investment vehicles.
• Review valuations in line with policies and standards.
• Coordinate fund accounting data and external audits.
• Oversee fee calculations and investor reporting.
• Support treasury and liquidity management.
• Engage with external service providers and senior stakeholders.
