Job summary

CBRE Investment Management seeks a Fund Controller to oversee the Global Alpha Fund, a flagship open-ended indirect real estate fund, reporting to the Fund CFO and coordinating with finance, admin and external advisors across jurisdictions.

You will manage quarterly valuations, investor reporting and tax compliance while driving efficiency and embracing AI-enabled solutions within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in quarterly reporting and valuation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with administrators and auditors.
• Cross-jurisdiction tax familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly reporting cycle for Global Alpha and review valuations in line with policy and INREV guidelines.
• Present investment valuations to Pricing Committee and attend board meetings with updates on the Fund and vehicles.
• Coordinate and review quarterly investor reports, validating financial data and performance figures.
• Review Fund data in Dynamo, data validation, and liaise with administrators.
• Oversee annual financial statements and audit oversight.
