Job summary

CBRE Investment Management seeks a Fund Controller for its Global Alpha Fund to oversee quarterly reporting, valuation, and performance analysis across Luxembourg FCP-SIFs, Jersey trusts, and other structures. The role interacts with CFO, auditors, and external advisers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Demanding strong accounting and real estate fund experience, the candidate will lead reporting cycles, validate data, and drive process improvements using AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
• Prior experience at a Big Four or top-tier accountancy firm, or industry experience in real estate or private equity fund accounting at a fund manager or administrator.
• Strong financial control and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills and a methodical approach to reviewing complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly reporting cycle for Global Alpha, including investment valuations and distribution calculations across multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Present valuations to Pricing Committee and attend board meetings.
• Coordinate and review the quarterly investor report and validate financial data.
• Manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, FATCA/CRS reporting and regulatory filings.
• Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Maintain relationships with administrators, auditors and external service providers.
