Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process management or building products at scale.
• Proven ability to map complex processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong detail orientation and practical process-mapping skills.
• Data-driven; able to interpret data to drive opportunities and action.
• Independent, proactive decision-maker who can lead initiatives.
• Experience within fintech or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Global process mapping and optimisation across Wise’s operations.
• Cross-functional leadership with controls, compliance and efficiency stakeholders.
• Strategic alignment with product and engineering to prioritise opportunities.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress, and demonstrate impact with data.
• Map and design operational Level 1 controls into new processes with audit readiness.
