Job summary

Veritone, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, International Payroll & Total Rewards to lead payroll operations and benefits across the UK, Australia, France and India. You will drive the ADP Celegro to Deel transition while coordinating with People Operations, finance and vendors.

You will ensure SOX-compliant controls, provide total rewards support, and assist with compensation cycles in a global, employee-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll operations across multi-country footprints.
• Experience coordinating payroll with external vendors (e.g., Deel).
• Experience with global benefits administration and leave management.
• Strong analytical, variance analysis and gross-to-net reconciliation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex payroll data clearly to employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily international payroll operations for UK, Australia, France and India.
• Perform gross-to-net reconciliations, variance analyses and output validations.
• Support migration from ADP Celergo to Deel and ensure go-live readiness.
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and audit-ready records.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with Deel and partners.
• Administer global benefits, leave and total rewards programs.
• Assist with compensation review cycles and employee communications.
