Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls and benefits administration with a hybrid working pattern. You will manage RTI/HMRC submissions, year-end activities, and payroll reconciliations while supporting stakeholder relations and external vendors.

The role emphasizes accurate payroll processing, strong compliance, and delivering high-quality payroll services across multiple regions for a growing tech-forward

Qualifications

• Experience leading UK, EMEA and APAC payroll cycles.
• Strong understanding of RTI and HMRC submissions.
• Ability to manage payroll-related queries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own UK, EMEA and APAC payroll inputs, checks and payments.
• Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions and year-end activities.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the finance team.
• Administer starter and leaver paperwork.
• Resolve payroll related queries.
• Lead UK & International benefits administration and communications.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management across functions.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors.
• Support Payroll Manager to drive best practice and accuracy.

With ambitious growth plans, this client is looking to add a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their payroll function.

As the Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls - this includes inputs, checks, and payments
• Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11Ds
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance team
• Administer all starter and leaver paperwork
• Resolve all payroll related queries
• Full responsibility for the UK & International benefits - this includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries & business communication on company benefits
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
• Work with external payroll vendors
• Work with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice & accuracy across the function
