Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls, ensure RTI/HMRC compliance, and manage year-end activities. You will handle payroll reconciliations and benefit enrolments while supporting stakeholders across the business.

You will collaborate with external payroll vendors and the Payroll Manager to drive best practices, accuracy, and a high level of service in a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls - inputs, checks, and payments
• Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11Ds
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance team
• Administer all starter and leaver paperwork
• Resolve all payroll related queries
• Full responsibility for the UK & International benefits - includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries & business communication on company benefits
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
• Work with external payroll vendors
• Work with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice & accuracy across the function
