INDPAYS is partnering with a fast-growing technology business to recruit a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist. You will own payrolls across UK, EMEA and APAC, ensure RTI/HMRC compliance, and manage benefits with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate with external vendors and the Payroll Manager to drive best practices across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience administering UK payroll and international payrolls.
• Solid understanding of RTI, HMRC rules and year-end activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls including inputs, checks and payments.
• Drive UK payroll compliance, RTI submissions and HMRC year-end activities (P11Ds).
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide journals to finance.
• Administer starter and leaver paperwork.
• Resolve payroll-related queries and manage benefits administration.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors and Payroll Manager to improve processes.

Working with high profile clients, this company drives data automation and has a truly global presence. With ambitious growth plans, this client is looking to add a Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their payroll function.

As the Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Ownership of the UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls – this includes inputs, checks, and payments
• Drive UK payroll compliance, including RTI & HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11Ds
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance team
• Administer all starter and leaver paperwork
• Resolve all payroll related queries
• Full responsibility for the UK & International benefits – this includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries & business communication on company benefits
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
• Work with external payroll vendors
• Work with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice & accuracy across the function
