Job summary

Renesas seeks an experienced Pay Equity professional to lead global pay equity analyses and support compliance with evolving pay transparency regulations. Based in the UK, you will partner with Compensation, HR, Legal and People Analytics to ensure fair pay practices across countries.

This senior individual contributor role requires deep expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently on complex issues.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pay equity or compensation analytics.
• Deep knowledge of pay transparency regulations across US, UK and EU.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global pay equity analyses with robust modelling and interpretation.
• Serve as SME on pay equity and transparency regulations (EU/US/UK).
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal processes and analytics.
• Identify pay equity risks and partner on remediation and governance.
• Develop global methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders and support legal reviews.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor on complex pay equity topics.
